UK Delivery
All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
Express Delivery: 1–2 working days
Free UK Delivery: On orders over £150
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Delivery
We offer international shipping to selected destinations. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and local handling fees. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
RETURNS
Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your purchase from lent du vent. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery.
Returns
Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition. Customers have a further 14 days to send items back after requesting a return. Reasonable try-ons are permitted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items or proof of return. Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
